    Schedule patient appointments and proactively manage the daily schedules.
    File and scan medical records, laboratory, special tests and correspondence.
    Comply with all HIPAA requirements.
    Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of waiting rooms and front office.

    Requirements:
    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    Moderate computer and word processing skills.
    High school diploma or equivalent.  Some college or medical admin coursework preferred.
    Trustworthy, discrete, organized and efficient.
    Able to multitask.
    On time and reliable.
    Professional appearance and presentation.

    Full time, 40 hrs per week during business hours.

    $18-20 per hour starting wage commensurate with experience/education with definite potential for increase after 3 months depending on performance and skill set.

    Full-time FNP/PA for renowned allergy/immunology practice.  Family-friendly, low stress environment, with excellent schedule and high salary potential with productivity bonus.  Responsibilities include evaluating and treating follow-up and acute visits for both adults and children (age 4+), with eventual care of new patients, as well as covering and treating immunotherapy and infusion patients for possible reactions.  One to 2 nurses will work together with provider in a team structure, and perform procedures including spirometry, NIOX and skin testing for interpretation, developing treatment plan, educating patients and following-up and consulting with physician.  Offices in Brighton, Perinton and Canandaigua; set schedule but must be willing to help cover other offices during vacations.  Require excellent clinical and documentation skills, flexibility, meticulous attention to detail and easy-going manner.  Schedule is Monday - Thursday.  Office closed on Fridays.  No nights, weekends, or holidays.  No on-call responsibility.  Candidates with previous allergy background are preferred and will be given primary consideration, but personable, ambitious candidates also considered, and all will receive extended period of training before seeing patients on own.  Starting salary $100K - $120k with very generous bonus structure and benefits package, very high potential.  Resumes to cwilliamson@aair.info or fax 585-271-8704.

    We are a private OB/GYN office in Brighton looking for an LPN who may be interested in per diem work.

    Candidate will provide direct care to patients under the direction of the physician - documentation, administration of medication and injections, lab testing, rooming patients, phone triage.  Must have good communication, time management and organizational skills. 

    Should be able to prioritize and multi-task. 

    Hours vary depending on coverage needs, wages based on experience.
