Dr. Bradford C. Berk, MD, PhD, is a Distinguished University Professor and the founding Director of the University of Rochester Neurorestoration Institute, who leveraged his background as a prominent cardiologist, URMC CEO, and spinal cord injury survivor to become a pioneering leader in neurorehabilitation, translational vascular biology, and patient-centered advocacy.
