Healthcare Law Review

As we begin 2024, are you aware of the legislation that will impact your practice, staff, and healthcare in general?

Join Monroe County Medical Society on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 8:00 AM for the Healthcare Law Review webinar.

During this 60-minute webinar, Brenna Gubala, Esq., an attorney at the May-Skinner Law Group, an employee of the MLMIC Legal Department, will provide an overview of recent legislative, regulatory and case law developments that impact the provision of healthcare:
  • COVID-19 immunity litigation status;
  • medical record alteration;
  • disclosure of surveillance materials;
  • liability of general practitioners versus consulting physicians and
  • the status of the Grieving Families Act legislation.

At the end of the program participants will be able to:

  • Understand key recent legislative developments that impact healthcare.
  • Discuss recent regulatory and case law developments that impact healthcare.

Both CMEs and CEUs will be issued for this program!
