This intermediate-level training session explains correct coding for patient
encounters occurring from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.
Medical coders, billers, providers, managers, consultants, and compliance
officers are encouraged to attend this comprehensive review of the new,
revised, and deleted ICD-10-CM codes and updates to the general and
chapter-specific guidelines for coding and reporting. A joint effort between the
healthcare provider and the coder is essential to achieve complete and accurate
documentation, code assignment, and reporting of diagnoses and procedures.
