| Sahar Elezabi, MD President - 2026- 2027 Monroe County Medical Society Dr. Elezabi received her Medical Doctorate in 1990 from the University of Alexandria Faculty Of Medicine in Egypt and graduated from the Combined Residency Program in Primary Care Medicine & Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center in 1999. She is dually board certified in Psychiatry & Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Medicine (FACP) and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA). She holds a Master of Public Health Degree (MPH), Certified Physician Executive (CPE) Diploma and Healthcare Quality & Management Certification (HQMC). Dr. Elezabi has worked in a variety of clinical settings at URMC and RRH and in her own private practice since 2006. In 2007, she founded Webster Psychiatry & Medicine, a psychiatry group private practice group, that got rebranded in 2022 to Empire Psychiatry & Medicine, a whole person care concierge practice. |
