Position: Pediatrician                               

Location: Long Pond Pediatrics, Rochester, NY, 14606

Type: Full-time (4 days/week) | Partnership Track Available

About Us:

We are a well-established, single-site private practice with a diverse patient population serving Rochester and surrounding suburbs for over 25 years. Our team includes five physician partners who are supported by a long-term nurse practitioner, strong clinical and administrative staff, and an after-hours nurse triage service.

With an upcoming physician retirement, this role offers an existing patient panel. The position involves no hospital/nursery rounding or delivery attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Deliver comprehensive pediatric care from birth through adolescence.

·         Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental screenings.

·         Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

·         Participate in weekly call rotation, occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications:

·         Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics.

·         Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York.

• ·         US Citizenship or permanent residence status.
• ·         Excellent communication and people skills.
• ·         Commitment to continuity of care and community engagement.
• ·         Three professional references required.
