Gates Family Medicine (GFM) is closing its doors on 8/22/25. 

If there are any practices out there looking for great staff, we have a group of long-standing, dedicated, loyal staff that will be looking for new homes;( we have 3 LPNs ranging from part-time to full time, as well as a fulltime PA who is looking for a primary care or ortho position, a full-time front desk lead (my right hand) and myself.
